Safety & Well-being

At The TurboChyll Company, nothing matters more to us than the safety and well-being of our workforce. To demonstrate our commitment to that end, we are pleased to have partnered with Gotham Safety, the New York Metropolitan Area’s premier safety consulting firm.

This partnership has granted us access to Gotham Safety’s staff of highly qualified safety professionals with hundreds of years of combined workplace safety experience. Some highlights of our partnership include:

Safety Training

  • Gotham Safety keeps us up-to-date with required OSHA, SST, and any other safety or compliance-based courses that our clients require.
  • They also host formal safety training sessions with our crews for relevant topics. These sessions are recorded and shared with any new hires during the onboarding process.

Safety Program & Policy Development

  • Gotham Safety has produced and helps us maintain a robust corporate Health and Safety Plan that meets or exceeds all OSHA standards and the more protective specs required by our clients.
  • They have also produced and helped us maintain a Field Safety Manual that was specifically designed for our front-line workers to easily locate and understand critical safety information for all tasks relevant to our operations.

Periodic Safety Inspections

  • Meetings are held to discuss findings with members of management and guidelines on proper implementation of any corrective actions are discussed and followed up on during future inspections.

OSHA Compliance

  • Gotham Safety helps us stay in compliance with OSHA by handling the creation of our annual 300 Logs and 300A Summary Forms.
  • Their expertise with these documents helps us to avoid mistakes and ensures all data is properly collected and reported.
