The TurboChyll Company
HVAC Rebate Management
TurboChyll works for many rebate management projects to help clients navigate the rebate process. We'll identify and quantify the most suitable programs for our clients by submitting energy savings-related projects with the utilities.
Our team is versed in the utility programs that allow us to sift through the day-to-day work and help customers obtain high incentives to lower their net out-of-pocket costs. Among the required paperwork the team works along with Con Edison to expedite the process.
TurboChyll is a registered vendor with Con Edison, and has worked on numerous projects providing our customers with energy saving rebates. A happy customer is always our end goal.
Applicable HVAC Equipment

Air Handling Unit
AHUs are modules that hold the appropriate ventilation requirements for purifying, air-conditioning, or renewing the indoor air in a building.

Rooftop Units
RTUs provide heating, cooling, and ventilation within defined areas of a building.

EC Wind Walls
High Energy efficient fan system mounted in stackable cubes and pre-wired with whips that plug directly into the control board. They have simplified the process of upgrading existing fans to direct plenum fans.

Water-Cooled Chillers
Its system absorbs heat from process water and transfers it to a cooling tower.

Computer Room Air Conditions
CRACs are a compact solution for efficient cooling in data centers.

Cooling Tower
Towers use Evaporator to release waste heat from HVAC System. Hot Water from the condenser is slowed down and spread out over the fill. Water is evaporated in the fill area, which cools the water.

Air-Cooled Chillers
The air-cooled chillers use fans to blow cool ambient air over their condenser to remove heat from the system, this type does not use a cooling tower.

Packaged Terminal Air Conditioners
PTACs are ductless, self-contained heating and air conditioning systems, used in commercial and residential spaces.

Water-Source Heat Pumps
WSHPs respond only to the heating or cooling load of the individual zone it serves.

Energy & Heat Recovery Ventilators
HRV & ERV are energy-efficient ventilation solutions that recover some of the heating or cooling output that would otherwise be lost.

Air-Source Heat Pumps & Variable Refrigerant Flow (Electrification)
These are ductless/ducted and large-scale system that uses refrigerant for air conditioning and heating. It performs at high capacity, can heat and cool simultaneously, and uses inverter compressors.
Rebate Management
Utilities in the NYC territory offer rebates to customers to install efficiency systems to reduce overall energy consumption and mitigate Local Law 97 penalties. Yet, participating in these programs is time-consuming, complicated, and sometimes expensive.
