Air Filter Inspection

The indoor air quality (IAQ) has a direct impact on the comfort, well-being, and health of the building’s occupants. Following the Environmental Protection Agency’s guidelines [1], we can check your facility for common indoor air pollutants and identify the sources to help reduce the concentration moving forward.

Fan & Motor Cleaning

The fan and motor blades are prone to damage due to rust formation. In most cases, corrosion is an unavoidable phenomenon because excessive use and exposure to external elements like rain and snow eventually spoil the protective coating on the blades. Moreover, the accumulation of dust, dirt, and debris in the fan housing can also hinder the operation of the system over time.
